•Deposit due at time of reservation
• Cash, Check, Traveler’s Checks, Visa & Mastercard are accepted
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If less than that and we are not
able to re-book the reservation the deposit will not be refunded.
• Check-in is between 3:00pm - 8pm (please contact us if earlier/later check in is needed)
• Check-out time 11:30am
• Sorry, no pets. Due to some issues that arose we can no longer accept pets
– there is a house dog on the property
• Smoking is in an outdoor designated area only
• 2 Person maximum per room – rollaway beds, cots, etc. are not available
• Two-night minimum stay required on weekends Memorial Day through Labor Day
